I've been going here for several years now and here's why: Scheduling is done efficiently and effectively and I never have to wait in the waiting room for more than a minute or two. All the office staff are extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. The dentists, dental assistants, and dental hygienists that have provided me care are extremely professional and appear incredibly competent in what they do. They are extremely thorough, they take the time to explain options for treatment and care, they go through costs and work with you to deal with any unexpected insurance or billing issues, and they all make every effort to make sure you are satisfied with every aspect of their care. I have been to terribly managed dental offices in the past and I am so glad I found this office. I am all about customer service and in my book, this office gets the HIGHEST MARKS for outstanding customer service and dental care. Dr. Wear along with Claudia, Teresa, Tabitha, and Eric did a great job from checking me in to cleaning my teeth. They were gentle and very knowledgeable. I also had a great time getting to know them.
