  I had been a patient of Parkview Medical since 1997. And when they changed management in 2016, they went completely downhill. Their staff and PAs completely went from competent to incompetent and unfriendly with NO bedside manner whatsoever. When they started charging me for appointments that were NEVER made, that was the last straw. Therefore, I changed medical facilities. And now I actually have a REAL doctor! Parkview never sent my new doctor ALL of my medical folder either. And NOW they are making me pay for a complete copy of my medical file that, legally, are mine to begin with! Soo glad I'm done with that joke of a place.

  This place is the worst! Every time I interact with them it is an unproductive hassle. No doctors, PAs only, no appointments, doctors, leaving, 2 Doctors leave, 6000 patients, including me, lose their PCP? What does that tell you?! The staff is nice but only "authorized to apologize". And don't plan on speaking to a manager about anything. I have been waiting for weeks for "Manager Amy" to call and discuss my issues.

  Had my first appointment today and arrived 30 minutes early to complete paperwork, as requested. They saw me as I arrived (i.e. 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment), so I was out just shortly after the time my appointment was scheduled for. I needed to call back to request they fax a prescription to an online pharmacy, and once I got someone (there was a little wait on the phone) they did that immediately. As far as doctor's offices go, I was pleased with my first experience with Parkview Medical's Rose Hill location.
