  This place is so horrible... many of the staff members are very polite but the upper management are so rude. They have no customer service skills and arbitrarily make up random rules about when people can come in to donate. The worst thing about this place is the way the upper management speaks to the donors. I would rather get a part time job and know how much I’m getting, and times I need to put in. With this, they can turn you away without a valid reason other than they didn’t staff themselves properly. Then turn it on you like you know when they decide to make changes to their policies without posted notice. Huge changes to polices should not only be posted regularly, which they are not, they should be sent in emails, texts, phone calls and posted on the website. A lot of people that drive there have lots to do and when they think they understand how the process works and then it changes suddenly it isn't fair. It shows no respect for the donors time whatsoever.
