  Cancellation policy of $75, regardless of the need to cancel !! I had a traffic situation which turned into a minor medical situation, but I was told to come or I’d be charged $75 regardless, so I rushed to get there, where I waited for approximately 10 minutes to be taken in. The dentist spent less than 30 seconds looking at my tooth and said I would need to come back to have it fixed. I explained how I had really pushed hard to be able to get there at all. They said they could not do it then because they were too busy….yet I couldn’t cancel for any reason whatsoever without incurring their $75 penalty. Great staff, but terrible policy! Be forewarned…

  I walked in and the receptionist was talking to a patient and they both looked at me like "what is she doing", guess bease of my color. Unfortunately I had scheduled an appt forgetting that i was working the previous night and overslept n didn't hear my alarm go off,but in other to reschedule I have to pay $75 to become a patient in the office. That is the most ridiculous policy I have ever heard
